Back40 Farmstead is more than a name—it’s our story. Our family returned to the land in 2022 to carry forward a farming legacy that began over 100 years ago. We’re restoring our soil, raising animals the way God designed them to live, and growing good food for our local community.

What We Raise

Eggs

Organic-fed, free-ranging hens. Sold from our driveway stand.

Pork

Rotationally-grazed, organic-fed Idaho Pasture Pigs. Whole, half, or cuts.

Lamb

Coming soon! Grass-fed, clean, pasture-raised lamb.

Back40 Farmstead is a working farm and a family homestead. While our farmstand is open during the day, we kindly ask that visits beyond the stand are made by appointment so we can be sure to welcome you well.
